一、原理不同


1、污水泵:屬于離心雜質泵的一種,具有多種形式,污水泵和其它泵一樣,葉輪、壓水室、是污水泵的兩大核心部件。


2、抽水泵:具備一進一出的抽氣(水)嘴、排氣(水)嘴各一個,并且在進口處能夠持續形成真空或負壓;排氣嘴處形成微正壓。


二、特點不同


1、污水泵:撕裂機構能夠把纖維物質撕裂,切斷,然后順利排放,無需在泵上加濾網;設計合理,配套電機功率小,節能效果顯著;用最新材料的機械密封,可以使泵安全連續運行在8000小時以上;振動噪聲小,電機溫升低,對環境無污染。


2、抽水泵:工作介質可以為氣體,也可為液體,體積小巧的一種儀器,常被稱為微型真空水泵,微型抽水泵,微型自吸水泵,均可在網上查詢相關參數與實驗數據。


三、應用不同

1、污水泵:適于抽送80℃以下含有纖維或其它懸浮物的液體,供城市、工礦、企業、排送污水、糞便,還可抽送一些水產品等。若輸送酸性和堿性及含有多鹽份的其它能引起腐蝕的化學混合物的液體時訂貨需注明,廠可供應防腐蝕材質泵件組裝的泵。


2、抽水泵:適用于水處理、液體采樣,科研,儀器儀表,化工分析,醫療保健,醫藥衛生,生物工程,自動控制,環保等眾多領域。
